Values that guide and connect us.
View of the Child
We see children as competent, curious individuals who actively explore their world. We accompany them lovingly and mindfully.
Participation
Participation is very important to us. Children are involved in decisions and learn democratic action on a small scale.
Free Play
Play is the child's profession. We provide space and time for free, unobserved, and guided play.
Sustainability
Ecological education, healthy nutrition, and a conscious use of resources are an integral part of our daily life.
