Relationship and Guidance
Our pedagogical approach is attachment- and relationship-oriented. We see the child as an active designer of their environment and give them room to independently gather experiences.
The values of participation, self-efficacy, and mindfulness are central to our work. We promote holistic education that addresses cognitive as well as social and motor skills equally. Learning takes place through play, movement, and social interaction.
We attach particular importance to a prepared environment that allows the children to unfold freely. Our educators see themselves as companions and supporters of child development and situationaly pick up on impulses to deepen educational processes.
In doing so, we orient ourselves towards methods of Reggio, Montessori, and Waldorf pedagogy.
Our team consists of state-certified educators with different pedagogical focus areas. Regular further training and reflections ensure the quality of our work. The team works needs-oriented, pays attention to a close relationship with the children, and promotes their individual development.
