How we see children

From birth, children are competent, curious, and socially acting individuals. They discover their world through active researching, experimenting, and experiencing.

At the Pankonauten, we attach great importance to accompanying and supporting the children in their individual development process. Our goal is to create an environment in which every child feels safe and valued in order to unfold their potential.

We rely on a participative pedagogy in which children are involved in decision-making processes right from the start. They experience autonomy, develop self-confidence, and are encouraged to actively help shape their environment.

Playing, as the central form of learning, is deliberately integrated into everyday life in order to holistically promote cognitive, motor, and social skills.
