Pedagogical Parents' Evening
Regular parents' evenings offer room for exchange, information, and discussion on pedagogical topics and organizational procedures. Current developments in the daycare are presented here, pedagogical questions are discussed, and suggestions from parents are taken up.
Parents' Assembly
Important decisions are made here together with parents and current developments in the daycare are discussed. The parents' assembly is a place of dialogue where experiences are exchanged and joint solutions are developed.
General Assembly
The general assembly is the highest body of the sponsoring association and decides on essential questions of daycare organization.
Team Meeting
Our educators meet regularly to reflect on their pedagogical work, to provide new impulses, and to optimally organize childcare. Individual needs of the children are also discussed and concepts are further developed.
Team Board Meeting
The board meets with the pedagogical team to make joint decisions and discuss current challenges. This regular exchange ensures that organizational and pedagogical matters are harmonized.
Internal Board Meeting
The board members hold regular meetings to coordinate and further develop the association.
Parent Interviews
Regular parent interviews offer the opportunity to discuss the development of the children and to promote good cooperation between parents and educators.
Supervision

Agreements with Collaborating Offices
We are in regular contact with relevant authorities and institutions to ensure the best possible care and support for the children.
Plans, Lists, Notices & Digital Chats
We consciously work with notices in the daycare and do without WhatsApp messages via the daycare mobile phone. By doing so, we avoid permanent digital availability of the team and promote direct and participative communication with the children. However, we do use structured digital messenger groups where we parents can easily exchange ideas with each other and also share important organizational information with the team.
